• Oversee forecasting, resource usage, margins, and the overall financial health of a project-based enterprise.

• Advocate for safety and ensure teams meet their commitments.

• Represent Albireo Energy at seminars, conferences, networking events, and customer interactions.

• Convey complex operational and technical challenges to both technical and executive audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience leading large, geographically diverse teams with increasing operational oversight.

• Background in managing operations within the BAS/HVAC controls sector; data center experience is highly preferred.

• Direct involvement in executing data center projects and/or experience within data center operations.

• Proven track record of hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.

• Demonstrated success in fostering leadership and enhancing organizational capabilities.

• Strong experience in managing personnel, organizational dynamics, and resolving conflicts.

• Experience in overseeing the financial performance of projects and/or project-based businesses.

• Capability to scale operations while ensuring quality execution and accountability.

• Proficient in resource-planning and capacity-management strategies.

• History of continuous improvement and process optimization.

• Strong execution discipline with the ability to standardize processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Ability to function effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Solid technical credibility and understanding of mission-critical infrastructure and operations.

• Composed, calm, and decisive under pressure.
