This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the liaison among Production, Product, Technology, Quality, Data, and Leadership.
• Spearhead the strategy for operational excellence and frameworks for continuous improvement in claims processing.
• Discover opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, cost, speed, and scalability.
• Create prioritized improvement portfolios, business cases, ROI expectations, and executive progress reports.
• Map, analyze, standardize, document, and refine the end-to-end automotive warranty claims processes.
• Collaborate with Production to identify root causes, design and test enhancements, implement standards, measure outcomes, and ensure sustainable improvements are transitioned into Production ownership.
• Lead initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other structured improvement methodologies.
• Oversee cross-functional improvement and transformation projects.
• Identify automation possibilities involving RPA, AI, machine learning, APIs, workflow automation, and other related technologies.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology on operational requirements, future-state workflows, product roadmap planning, and technology validation.
• Develop operational analytics, benchmarks, dashboards, and process-mining techniques.
• Design scalable operating models and workflows to accommodate rapid growth and new customers/OEMs.
• Manage change-management plans, pilots, adoption metrics, and post-implementation evaluations.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Operations Strategy, Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading large-scale process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with technology and product teams.
• Excellent analytical and financial business-case skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience in translating data into actionable operational recommendations.
• Strong project management and change-management skills.
• Preferred experience in automotive warranty claims, dealership fixed operations, automotive BPO, OEM warranty processes, DMS workflows, warranty administration, multi-OEM environments, or automotive SaaS/technology-enabled services.
