πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee assigned strategic accounts with the growth of the Surgery business as the key performance indicator.

β€’ Regularly engage with executive-level customer partners to foster relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive business outcomes.

β€’ Propel revenue and expansion within the integrated Surgery sales organization in high-priority IDN accounts.

β€’ Formulate and coordinate the execution of Surgery strategies for designated accounts.

β€’ Promote cross-selling and contracting across the entire Surgery portfolio.

β€’ Serve as the primary liaison between the BDX Strategic Customer Group and the Surgery business unit.

β€’ Lead the Surgery account planning process to enhance customer engagement and pinpoint collaboration opportunities.

β€’ Collaborate extensively with the US commercial team, platform sales, clinical, marketing, and Strategic Customer Group organizations.

β€’ Represent the voice of the business in the development of SCG account strategies.

β€’ Identify opportunities where other business units can add value.

β€’ Coordinate the development and negotiation of business-unit contracts.

β€’ Facilitate contract negotiations with necessary leadership approvals.

β€’ Monitor compliance and organize responses to instances of non-compliance.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A four-year college degree is mandatory.

β€’ A minimum of seven years of experience in the healthcare industry is required.

β€’ Proven experience interacting with senior management at hospitals or health systems is essential.

β€’ Experience in leading teams without formal authority is necessary.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, effectively navigating complexities and crossing boundaries is required.

β€’ A decade of experience in sales or account management is highly preferred.

β€’ At least five years of experience in people leadership is preferred.

β€’ Strong executive presence is essential.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.

β€’ Willingness to travel 50% or more is essential.
