This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the marketing strategy and operational plan, outlining goals, target segments, channels, and investment allocations.
• Manage the marketing budget and resource distribution, providing reports on return on investment.
• Create and maintain the marketing operating system, including defining target accounts, sales funnels, attribution models, dashboards, marketing technologies, and lead generation tools.
• Facilitate go-to-market product launches through effective messaging, commercial materials, and sales enablement efforts.
• Prepare business-case presentations for leaders in health systems.
• Generate executive-level deliverables for senior leadership teams, board meetings, and C-suite workshops.
• Maintain competitive intelligence, including battlecards, objection handling strategies, vendor penetration metrics, and partnership announcements.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of all external-facing commercial content.
• Analyze market trends, shifts in competitor language, and changes in regulations.
• Develop and maintain positioning and messaging across the website, collateral, sales discussions, press releases, and executive communications.
• Oversee the corporate website and digital presence.
• Uphold the Qualified Health brand, ensuring visual identity and brand voice are consistent.
• Direct the earned media strategy and external communications for significant company milestones.
• Manage analyst relations, awards, and speaking engagements.
• Develop and oversee executive thought leadership initiatives.
• Create thought-leadership content, including articles, white papers, and webinars.
• Manage the customer-proof pipeline and generate case studies, white papers, and webinars.
• Simplify complex AI and healthcare concepts for non-technical executive audiences.
• Establish event and field strategies with success metrics aligned with pipeline and brand objectives.
• Forge partnerships with healthcare organizations, professional societies, and thought leadership platforms.
• Collaborate with the Events Coordinator and Commercial leaders on executive summits, dinners, and gatherings.
• Report to Commercial leadership and collaborate cross-functionally throughout the organization.
• Proven experience in scaling healthcare technology companies to $50–$100M+
• In-depth understanding of the operational dynamics within health systems.
• Strong familiarity with the AI landscape and the capacity to discuss AI's value in complex organizations credibly.
• Excellent writing and communication skills tailored for executive audiences.
• A strong ownership mentality and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Capability to manage multiple high-priority projects without compromising quality.
• Experience in building commercial or marketing frameworks from the ground up.
• A keen interest in markets, competitors, and positioning, with the ability to distill information into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to succeed in fast-paced environments with shifting scopes of work.
• Willingness to travel domestically as necessary.
