This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of and continually enhance Metal Toad's global marketing strategy, priorities, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives in the United States and Brazil.
• Convert business objectives into quantifiable short- and long-term marketing plans, campaigns, programs, and priorities.
• Spearhead integrated marketing efforts across various channels, including website, social media, email, content, events, demand generation, lead nurturing, public relations, and more.
• Establish marketing KPIs, track performance, and provide reports on campaign, funnel, engagement, brand, and pipeline metrics.
• Oversee marketing priorities, budgets, external vendors, and resources.
• Develop scalable and repeatable integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
• Maintain brand voice, messaging, positioning, and consistency across all communications and channels.
• Simplify complex technical, business, and client concepts into engaging messaging.
• Organize, manage, and assess events, conferences, executive engagements, sponsorships, and field-marketing initiatives.
• Direct website strategy and optimization efforts, focusing on content, conversion opportunities, SEO, user experience, and business alignment.
• Create and refine SEO strategies, website content, blog posts, case studies, and digital assets.
• Establish demand-generation, email marketing, lead-nurturing, marketing-to-sales funnels, and buyer-journey programs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Strategy teams on campaigns, sales enablement materials, buyer-centric messaging, and funnels.
• Direct social media strategy, content distribution, and campaigns.
• Assess marketing and social media performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor trends in marketing, technology, AI, cloud, professional services, industry, customer behavior, competition, and the market.
• Create and oversee thought-leadership materials, blog posts, case studies, client success stories, presentations, sales collateral, and campaign content.
• Transform client projects into engaging written content while maintaining a content calendar and integrated program plan.
• Seek PR, media, speaking, interview, and thought-leadership opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Strategy, Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Design, and other internal stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and clients to enhance marketing effectiveness and brand experience.
• Act as a strategic marketing partner to leadership and other teams.
• Produce compelling content for decks, presentations, case studies, pre-production deliverables, website materials, and print collateral.
• Present written content internally and externally, incorporating feedback into actionable next steps.
• Agreement with the Corporate Values Statement.
• Commitment to the company's mission of helping people.
• Support for the principles of open source.
• Current or prior experience in an agency or professional services organization.
• Residing in the Greater São Paulo Area.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in developing and implementing marketing program strategies, preferably in the high technology sector.
• Proven experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies.
• Strategic mindset complemented by strong practical execution capabilities.
• Experience in leading integrated marketing initiatives across various channels.
• Solid understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, content marketing, digital marketing, and marketing-to-sales funnels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, Sales, Strategy, and cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote setting.
• No visa sponsorship available; contractors must be based in Brazil.
