This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of Peak’s strategy and execution for member growth, encompassing awareness, acquisition, activation, onboarding, retention, and referrals.
• Establish the growth roadmap across both digital and offline channels.
• Lead the growth marketing team effectively.
• Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing & Internal Communications, Product, and IT to create funnels, launch products, and expand membership and wallet share.
• Develop and implement the annual member-growth strategy with quarterly objectives.
• Manage and allocate the growth marketing budget, optimizing expenditure against returns.
• Report advancements towards growth objectives to leadership.
• Design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, display/retargeting, email, streaming, and direct mail.
• Oversee the go-to-market strategy for new products, features, rates, and offers.
• Create and manage lifecycle and trigger programs, including onboarding, cross-selling, and win-back initiatives.
• Define, monitor, and report on growth metrics such as net new members, CAC, cost per funded account, conversion rate, ROAS, and wallet share.
• Maintain a continuous testing roadmap across creative, audience, offer, and channel.
• Collaborate with analytics, agency, and business intelligence teams to translate data into actionable insights.
• Operate and enhance the marketing technology stack, which includes HubSpot Marketing, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Analytics.
• Work alongside IT and digital teams to ensure a seamless data flow, accurate attribution, and dependable campaign execution.
• Ensure marketing practices comply with credit union advertising and lending regulations.
• Guide and develop direct reports, agency partners, and contractors.
• Coordinate with product, retail/branch, digital, and IT teams to ensure timely program delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of marketing experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership position focused on growth, demand, or digital marketing strategy.
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and data analysis.
• Direct experience with B2C acquisition.
• Proven track record in reducing acquisition costs and enhancing return on investment.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid and organic channels and relevant metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and LTV.
• Experience in budget management and the ability to calculate and optimize ROI.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with credit union and lending compliance requirements.
• Comfort with experimentation, testing design, and basic statistical reasoning.
• Hands-on experience and certifications in HubSpot Marketing, Google Ads, and Google Analytics are preferred.
• Experience in a financial institution or a highly regulated environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead B2C digital acquisition at scale and manage creative or agency partners is preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
