Director of Fabrication Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee all operations related to sales, marketing, and business development.

• Manage strategies for market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution.

• Propel the Company towards achieving its growth and profitability objectives.

• Supervise the development of the sales organization for the designated product line or region.

• Drive the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

• Recruit, train, manage, and develop the sales team along with supporting administrative personnel.

• Analyze pricing data and formulate pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions.

• Maintain essential customer relationships.

• Create and execute strategies to broaden the company’s customer base.

• Oversee the entire sales process and establish appropriate metrics for sales management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of seven years of experience in sales and marketing within the industry.

• Capability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and staff to foster a results-driven, team-oriented environment.

• Established network and relationships within comparable industries.

• Exceptional consultative selling skills and excellent interpersonal abilities with executive-level customers and partners.

• Strong safety mindset.

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing, which may include marijuana testing in accordance with applicable laws.

• This position involves direct work on or around motor vehicle equipment.
