Director of ERP Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead the team responsible for integrating non-SAP ERP systems with the BLP platform.

• Take ownership of and expand a well-established portfolio consisting of over 30 active ERP integrations.

• Scale the team from approximately 10 to 50 engineers.

• Recruit, structure squads, and nurture team leaders.

• Create a scalable team model that includes distributed and near-shore delivery options.

• Establish architecture and standards for on-premise, cloud, REST, and file-based connectors.

• Promote reusable methodologies for mapping ERP data to the BLP canonical data model.

• Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and comprehensive audit trails.

• Develop documentation, playbooks, and engineering processes.

• Construct onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Represent BLP in technical discussions with CIOs, IT directors, and enterprise architects.

• Define integration solutions, manage expectations, and foster customer trust through effective delivery.

• Comprehend the fragmented US ERP landscape and leverage it as a competitive edge.

• Collaborate with US go-to-market and delivery teams.

• Report directly to the Founder & CTO.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software or integration engineering.

• Several years of experience in leading engineering teams.

• Proven success in scaling a team to more than 20 members.

• Extensive hands-on experience with ERP integrations.

• Direct exposure to several systems including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, D365 F&O, Infor LN, Infor M3, Oracle NetSuite, JD Edwards, and Abas.

• Proficiency with on-premise connectors, REST APIs, and file or EDI exchanges.

• Strong experience in data mapping with canonical models.

• Direct familiarity with the US mid-market ERP landscape and its complexities.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior technical leaders in customer organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to develop documentation, standards, and repeatable processes.

• Fluent in English.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations and BLP sites.

• Preferred: Experience with iPaaS, AP or finance automation, or a broad background in B2B SaaS integration.

• Preferred: Familiarity with .NET / C# and exposure to EDI standards.

• Preferred: Experience in leading distributed or near-shore engineering teams.

• Proficiency in German is an advantage.
