This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the performance and output of various engineering teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and align with the company's objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering managers and senior technical staff.
• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering and senior leadership to shape the engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Facilitate the ongoing agentic transformation of systems and processes.
• Oversee large-scale, complex engineering projects, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Promote innovation centered on agentic loop engineering, software, and systems architecture.
• Encourage continuous improvement and uphold technical excellence.
• Work in partnership with product management, design, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive business execution.
• Act as the engineering liaison with other business units.
• Build, scale, and nurture engineering talent.
• Set and monitor engineering KPIs while reporting progress, performance, and issues to senior leadership.
• Enhance engineering workflows, development processes, and tools.
• Apply best practices in agile development, software quality assurance, and deployment pipelines.
• Recognize and alleviate technical risks while resolving complex technical challenges.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
• More than 5 years of experience in leadership positions, ideally at the director or senior manager level.
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple engineering teams and delivering complex, high-impact projects.
• Strong technical expertise with extensive knowledge of software development, systems architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities, with a talent for aligning technical efforts with business goals.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, continuous integration, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Capacity to manage and resolve intricate technical challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
