This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
β’ Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with school district leaders, such as superintendents, directors of special education, student services leaders, and other influential decision-makers.
β’ Create new partnerships in priority and untapped markets while enhancing existing relationships with ESS through a consultative approach.
β’ Guide intricate, long-term sales processes, which involve prospecting, high-level presentations, negotiations, and the formation of multi-year partnerships.
β’ Take ownership of quarterly and annual revenue targets through new business development, renewals, and the growth of current district partnerships.
β’ Oversee large, multi-stakeholder accounts by pinpointing growth opportunities, fostering internal champions, and comprehending district decision-making frameworks.
β’ Collaborate with clinical, operations, marketing, and executive teams to achieve district outcomes that promote retention and sustainable growth.
β’ Formulate and implement territory strategies based on district priorities, funding prospects, policy developments, competitive trends, and student mental health requirements.
β’ Keep an up-to-date Salesforce pipeline that includes stakeholder relationships, opportunity activities, revenue forecasts, and next steps.
β’ Stay informed about the Kβ12 education system and student mental health landscape, including funding sources, market developments, and competitor offerings.
β’ Work collaboratively across teams to enhance access and influence in key territories, tackle district challenges, and provide a consistent partner experience.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in educational sales or a background in school leadership.
β’ A proven history of meeting quotas, especially in new business development.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal skills.
β’ Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the K-12 market, particularly in Eastern PA, Delaware, and Southern NJ.
β’ Demonstrated success with multi-channel prospecting strategies.
β’ A high level of motivation to succeed and a passion for the work.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including some overnight trips.
