This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the qualified pipeline from initial contact to the sales handoff.
• Propel leads through various channels including paid advertising, organic search, SEO, and AI-driven search visibility (GEO).
• Report directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with the Sales team.
• Develop and implement a demand generation roadmap that aligns with revenue goals and Sales priorities.
• Manage the SEO strategy and execution in collaboration with the web team.
• Oversee Google and LinkedIn paid media campaigns, focusing on campaign structure, targeting, creative testing, and budget management.
• Enhance Meeting Tomorrow’s presence in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews using GEO strategies.
• Design and refine agentic workflows for lead scoring, outreach sequencing, and other repeatable marketing processes.
• Monitor demand generation KPIs such as CPL, MQL volume and quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and CAC.
• Conduct A/B testing and cross-channel analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales on lead handoff processes, pipeline evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure adherence to outbound program regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Evaluate existing programs, marketing technology stack, and agent infrastructure.
• Develop a demand generation roadmap that integrates agent strategies and creates measurable pipeline results.
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO, encompassing both technical and content aspects.
• Practical experience in building AI agents or agentic workflows; must have developed at least one agent that automates a real-world task.
• Proven history of digital lead growth linked to revenue generation.
• Strong data analysis skills, capable of independent assessment and communicating pipeline performance effectively to leadership.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and LinkedIn paid media platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or similar systems.
• Proficient in keyword targeting, on-page SEO optimization, content signals, and technical SEO practices.
• Understanding of compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.
