Director of Delivery Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of delivery, governance, and the successful execution of a portfolio that includes cloud, data, infrastructure, application development, and AI projects.

• Manage the health and financial performance of the portfolio, focusing on risk mitigation, budgeting, margin management, forecasting, utilization, and change control.

• Lead teams and strategic client engagements to achieve measurable business outcomes, ensuring client success that extends beyond the scope of the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Act as the executive delivery sponsor for key accounts, serving as the escalation point above the daily team operations.

• Collaborate with Google Cloud account teams and partner engineering for joint delivery and expansion initiatives.

• Build, lead, and nurture the delivery management team through hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development efforts.

• Oversee global staffing, resource planning, and engagement leadership across regions including the US, EMEA, and LATAM.

• Own and continuously enhance Zencore's delivery model, including methodology, governance, estimation practices, tooling, quality standards, and AI-enabled best practices.

• Partner with executive leadership to establish scalable delivery processes, playbooks, and operational models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience leading complex technology programs.

• More than 5 years in professional services or systems integration.

• Extensive experience in delivering cloud, data, and AI projects.

• Proven track record in leading migrations, building data platforms, and managing AI programs.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with architects and client CTOs.

• Demonstrated ownership of portfolio performance, including margin management, forecasting accuracy, utilization, and client health.

• Experience in people management, encompassing the hiring and development of client-facing delivery leaders.

• Pre-sales experience in shaping solutions, presenting delivery approaches, and drafting SOWs and change orders.

• Executive presence when interacting with client sponsors and engineers.

• Experience in leading remote teams across multiple geographical locations.

• Google Cloud experience is preferred.

• Google Cloud certifications are preferred.
