This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Spearhead the expansion of Coral Gardeners’ corporate partnerships throughout the United States.
• Identify, target, pitch, negotiate, and secure new corporate collaborations and multi-year sponsorship agreements.
• Ensure that partnerships are in alignment with Coral Gardeners’ values, strategic goals, and partnership guidelines.
• Oversee the existing European partnership portfolio while fostering growth through new acquisitions.
• Maintain proactive communication with European partners across varying time zones.
• Drive revenue generation through corporate contributions and strategic alliances.
• Organize the onboarding process for partners, clarifying objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison for partners, establishing relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Manage communications, activations, events, reports, and visual deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor deadlines and coordinate tasks with communications, operations, and field teams.
• Lead partnership renewals, upgrades, retention efforts, and long-term strategic development.
• Track KPIs, generate partnership reports, provide actionable insights, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Communications, and Partnerships teams on proposals and activations.
• Supervise a Partnerships Associate.
• Enhance partnership processes, tools, materials, and internal best practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or fundraising.
• Ideally, experience within the NGO, sustainability, or social impact sectors.
• Established connections or proven access to corporate decision-makers in the U.S. market.
• Exposure to European brands is a significant advantage.
• Proven success in securing partnerships or sponsorships worth six figures (USD 500K+).
• Strong ability to develop data-driven growth strategies and navigate complex negotiations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of inspiring and influencing C-level executives.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Ability to manage an Associate effectively.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Proficiency in French is a bonus.
