This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Assist casino operators in implementing data-driven management strategies for table game mix, spreads, labor allocation, and pricing on the gaming floor.
• Enhance clients' profitability and operational efficiency through effective table games yield management.
• Educate clients on the principles of table games revenue management and the effects of daily decisions on the gaming floor.
• Build strong relationships with key software stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Relay product insights to the development team.
• Work collaboratively with product management and development teams to devise solutions for customer challenges.
• Provide input that influences the product development roadmap and optimizes existing features.
• Mentor junior analysts, engineers, and other team members.
• Contribute to the design, maintenance, and delivery of educational programs focused on table games yield management.
• Assist in creating case studies and articles in collaboration with the business team.
• Support business development initiatives and client presentations.
• Advocate for data-driven yield management and promote Tangam's software through personal networks, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Strengthen Tangam's reputation as a trusted partner and leader in table games analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Enhance knowledge in analytics, operations optimization, and data visualization.
• Share expertise with the Product Management team.
• Experience in table games operations.
• Over 5 years of experience in table games operations in a Director or Senior Shift Manager capacity.
• Comprehensive understanding of table games metrics, standard operating procedures, and optimization activities, including budgeting, analyzing win/drop/hold/open hours, labor allocation, game-mix analysis, and daily gaming floor operational decisions.
• Experience with a medium to large table games operation (80+ table games).
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in preparing reports and presenting to senior management.
• Comfortable with analytical tasks and presentations.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SAS, and Cognos is a plus.
• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites for around 25% of working time.
• Must possess no criminal record.
• Must be eligible for gaming industry licensure.
