This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets for the territory by nurturing and growing existing accounts as well as generating new business opportunities.
• Identify, prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients and leads.
• Utilize advanced sales techniques to comprehend client requirements, present KCAS capabilities, and finalize sales opportunities.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of KCAS services and technologies.
• Record customer interactions, including meetings, emails, and calls, in Salesforce CRM.
• Assist in drafting proposals and Statements of Work, ensuring they accurately reflect project scope.
• Manage accounts and contacts within Salesforce and HubSpot, providing daily updates on the sales pipeline.
• Prepare materials for vendor exhibitions and professional conferences.
• Enhance KCAS brand visibility through participation in conferences and engagement on social media platforms.
• Travel domestically 25–40% of the time.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the life sciences sector.
• 3–5 years in a direct selling position or client management role.
• Experience in selling intricate bioanalytical services across LC-MS/MS, ligand binding assays, flow cytometry, and molecular platforms like PCR/qPCR/ddPCR/NGS in regulated GLP/GCP environments.
• Demonstrated ability to finalize complex, technical service contracts.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles is required.
• Experience in the CRO/CDMO industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving sales objectives while establishing relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an entrepreneurial manner while collaborating with internal colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically 25–40% of the time.
