This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive account management strategy aimed at fostering client growth, retention, and achieving long-term business goals.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding service, engagement, and loyalty across key accounts.
• Lead account planning and execution, which encompasses business plans, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Supervise Account Management Support, including client service, CRM reporting, operational assistance, and special initiatives.
• Participate as a member of the executive leadership team, contributing to business reviews, organizational reporting, and strategic project discussions.
• Mentor and develop Regional Account Managers and Client Success Managers.
• Enhance strategic client relationships through executive engagement, monthly client calls, and visits to key accounts.
• Spearhead account growth and planning efforts, including S&OP activities, account strategy formulation, business expansion, and resource prioritization.
• Act as the executive sponsor for client accounts and promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Hold regional account teams accountable for project execution, performance metrics, and client outcomes.
• Standardize account management processes, advocate for continuous improvement, and utilize technology to enhance efficiency and growth.
• Create client communication strategies, onboarding materials, and presentations.
• Conduct account reviews and maintain high performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least five years of management experience in Sales, Client Services, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably within the Staffing or Healthcare Industries.
• A minimum of five years of leadership experience in developing executive relationships and presenting to senior executives of larger corporations, ideally in the Healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to motivate, manage, and build teams that achieve growth targets and facilitate both internal and external execution of the client process.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with IT proficiency.
• Demonstrated process leadership capabilities with the aptitude to lead complex projects.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive client strategies effectively.
• Ability to thrive with minimal supervision, be proactive, and navigate uncertainty.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related software.
• Extensive expertise in client/candidate management systems or IT tools such as CRM, ATS, ERPs, and business reporting tools.
• Capable of communicating and collaborating at various levels and across different disciplines.
• Eligibility for commission.
