This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and implement the comprehensive account management strategy to foster client growth, retention, and long-term business goals.
• Lead strategic relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding service, customer engagement, and loyalty among key accounts.
• Drive the planning and execution of accounts, including business planning, resource allocation, and alignment across functions to secure client success.
• Oversee the Account Management Support function, which encompasses client services, CRM reporting, operational assistance, and special projects.
• Participate as a member of the executive leadership team, contributing strategic insights during business reviews, organizational reporting, and discussions on strategic projects.
• Mentor and develop RAMs, enhancing strategic client relationships through executive involvement and key account engagements.
• Promote operational excellence by advocating for process consistency, continuous improvement, and effective execution across client and internal teams.
• Lead initiatives for account growth and planning, including S&OP activities, development of account strategies, business expansion, and prioritization of resources.
• Act as the executive sponsor for client accounts, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Guide and hold regional account teams accountable for project execution, performance metrics, and client outcomes.
• Standardize account management procedures, advocate for continuous improvement efforts, and utilize technology to enhance efficiency and growth.
• Create client communication strategies, onboarding materials, and presentations that contribute to an effective customer experience.
• Coach and develop RAMs and CSMs while leading account evaluations and sustaining high performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of management experience in Sales, Client Services, or similar customer-facing roles, ideally within the Staffing or Healthcare Industries.
• At least five years of leadership experience in cultivating Executive relationships and presenting to senior executives of larger corporations, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to inspire, manage, and build teams that meet growth objectives and facilitate internal and external execution of the Client process.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills alongside IT proficiency.
• Demonstrated skills in Process Leadership with the capacity to lead complex projects.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to drive Client strategies effectively.
• Capability to thrive with minimal supervision, be proactive, and navigate uncertainty.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, as well as skills in PowerPoint, Word, and other relevant software.
• Significant expertise in client/candidate management systems or IT tools, such as CRM, ATS, ERPs, and Business Reporting systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work across various levels and disciplines.
