This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as Twin's expert in Medicare Advantage.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the health needs, motivations, technology comfort, accessibility requirements, care-seeking behaviors, social requirements, engagement challenges, and expectations of Medicare Advantage members.
• Provide guidance to the Product, Design, Clinical, and Operations teams regarding the Medicare member experience and care model.
• Collaborate with the Medicare Advantage Product Lead to define the complete member journey and product roadmap.
• Stay informed on MA market developments, CMS policies, health plan priorities, competitive offerings, emerging care models, and member expectations.
• Interpret market and policy changes and their implications for Twin.
• Work alongside Commercial and Product Marketing on health plan priorities, value propositions, customer interactions, positioning, and differentiation strategies.
• Create and sustain Twin's internal Medicare Advantage knowledge repository.
• Provide education to teams and leadership on the Medicare Advantage ecosystem, target population, terminology, incentives, and trends.
• Build relationships with external experts, health plans, industry organizations, and stakeholders.
• Represent Twin in external settings through customer discussions, panels, conferences, webinars, and other forums.
• Identify new Medicare Advantage opportunities related to populations, partnerships, capabilities, and care models.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities.
• Over 10 years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicare, managed care, or closely related healthcare fields, with substantial direct exposure to MA.
• In-depth understanding of the Medicare population and the practical aspects of engaging and caring for older adults and other Medicare beneficiaries.
• Solid knowledge of how Medicare Advantage plans function, make decisions, assess performance, and evaluate partners and solutions.
• Practical expertise across Stars, CAHPS/member experience, clinical programs, care management, supplemental benefits, risk adjustment, health equity, retention, and regulatory requirements.
• Comfortable in assisting with the design of enhanced Medicare experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and an executive presence.
• Experience in delivering presentations to executive audiences.
