This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
• Take ownership of the marketing organization’s top-priority cross-functional initiatives from initial scoping to implementation, adoption, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Manage communication and reporting on the overall performance of the growth function to executive leaders, cross-functional teams, and team function leaders.
• Lead comprehensive transformation projects from start to finish.
• Break down ambiguous challenges into structured plans, workstreams, timelines, and assigned responsibilities, driving them to completion.
• Convert marketing priorities into actionable operating plans, targets, and scorecards, while monitoring progress.
• Develop and oversee planning cycles, leadership reviews, and decision-making forums for the marketing organization.
• Spearhead Marketing's contributions to company-wide strategic initiatives, including go-to-market strategies for AI and agentic product capabilities, investments in analytics, and pitches to enterprises and AI partners.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to assess and enhance team capabilities.
• Create materials and narratives that are ready for executive and leadership-level decision-making.
• Counsel marketing leadership on prioritization, resource allocation, and organizational design.
• Foster alignment among Sales, Product, RevOps, and Finance teams.
• Adapt between strategic planning and hands-on execution depending on business requirements.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or business/marketing operations and strategy.
• Ideally includes experience at a high-growth SaaS, data, or technology firm.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects from ambiguity to execution.
• Ability to operate comfortably across strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution.
• Systems-thinking skills to analyze and redesign processes for scalability.
• Strong judgment and considerable autonomy in decision-making.
• Experience collaborating closely with senior leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with building or managing planning cycles, operating rhythms, or leadership scorecards.
• Comfortable representing senior leadership in various settings.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to guide recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Interest in applying AI to marketing and operations, including assessing and implementing new tools and agentic capabilities.
• Experience in B2B product marketing, data or licensing go-to-market strategies, or enterprise growth is highly advantageous.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Must reside in one of the specified hiring states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
