This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and continuously enhance the marketing technology (Martech) stack for Demand Generation and Customer Marketing.
• Oversee marketing automation, CRM integrations, attribution, data enrichment, lead routing, and partner portal systems.
• Manage the Martech budget and vendor relationships, including selection, contracts, renewals, and accountability for ROI.
• Identify, test, and implement AI and automation opportunities within marketing and indirect channel initiatives.
• Develop and maintain source attribution that links pipeline and revenue to campaigns, channels, and partner activities.
• Manage account and lead enrichment to facilitate scoring, segmentation, and routing.
• Oversee lead lifecycle and routing, including both partner-sourced and partner-referred leads.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to strategize and execute campaign operations from setup and segmentation to funnel measurement.
• Ensure data governance and hygiene, including field mapping, deduplication, and compliance with consent regulations.
• Establish shared definitions and standards between Marketing and Sales while maintaining relevant reporting and dashboards with Analytics.
• Facilitate Sales-Marketing alignment regarding definitions, SLAs, and lead hand-off processes.
• Manage source tracking, lead routing, and attribution for the indirect channel.
• Guarantee consistent measurement across both direct and partner go-to-market strategies.
• Lead and nurture the Marketing Operations team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Channel, Analytics, IT, and Legal teams to optimize Martech systems and integrations.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Martech positions within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Extensive, hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, with a proven track record of optimizing a Martech stack for scalability and reliability.
• Experience in identifying and implementing AI and automation solutions in marketing or RevOps systems.
• Preferred hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Impartner (or similar enrichment, routing, and partner portal platforms).
• Demonstrated experience in owning multi-touch attribution and source tracking across demand generation, customer marketing, and channel initiatives.
• Strong background in account/lead enrichment, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and routing design.
• Experience in managing data governance, hygiene, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, deduplication, field mapping) across marketing systems.
• Proven ability to manage Martech budgets and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and ROI monitoring.
• Exceptional partnership skills and experience collaborating with Marketing leadership to translate campaign strategies into scalable systems and processes.
• Experience in supporting indirect channel and partner programs, including partner portals, partner lead routing, and source attribution, is highly preferred.
• Proven capability to lead and develop cross-functional operations teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
