This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the marketing vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for RMS technology products, AI-powered solutions, automation capabilities, and Autonomous Logistics offerings.
• Convert intricate technology, AI, and managed services capabilities into compelling value propositions, positioning, messaging, and market narratives.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Sales leaders to align customer requirements, product roadmaps, and solution strategies.
• Enhance sales enablement, market readiness, and commercial activation efforts.
• Lead storytelling initiatives at the solution level across products, platforms, services, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure uniform messaging across campaigns, executive communications, thought leadership, brand initiatives, and customer-facing channels.
• Provide counsel to senior leaders regarding market trends, competitive landscape, AI innovation, technology positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Establish and track KPIs utilizing customer insights, market intelligence, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Improve marketing effectiveness, prioritize investments, and drive measurable impact.
• Connect technical, product, marketing, communications, and commercial teams.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing organization.
• Foster accountability and innovation while supporting workforce planning, succession development, and organizational growth.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 8 years of marketing experience in a tech company, focusing on product marketing or technology marketing.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership and team management role.
• Proven ability to translate complex technology or AI-driven solutions into market-facing value propositions that promote growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, data platforms, and digital product ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in leading marketing strategies for enterprise technology products or solutions.
• Exceptional skills in strategic thinking, analysis, and communication, including the capacity to influence senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
• Strong financial acumen with comfort in managing budgets and measuring ROI.
• Ability to inspire and drive change within a large, matrixed, global organization.
