Director, Market Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with value-based providers to assess financial performance, membership statistics, cost and utilization trends, contractual outcomes, and areas for enhancement.

• Communicate provider trends and opportunities for improvement to both providers and senior leadership.

• Evaluate market financials, claims data, utilization patterns, membership changes, risk adjustment effects, medical cost drivers, and provider contract performance.

• Act as a strategic finance partner to regional and market leadership teams.

• Assist in the development of budgets, forecasting, administrative planning, and market financial performance evaluations.

• Direct financial analysis aimed at market optimization, value-based care effectiveness, cost containment, and growth initiatives.

• Counsel regional leadership on financial strategies and important business performance issues.

• Track company initiatives and evaluate their financial and operational impacts across the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Florida.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree.

• Possess at least 3 years of experience with Value Based Contracts (VBC) and/or Value Based Providers (VBP).

• Have a minimum of 4 years of management experience.

• Experience in providing counsel to senior leadership on financial strategies.

• At least 5 years of experience in project leadership.

• A minimum of 2 years working with SQL or other data-related tools.

• Proven experience in leading and managing special projects that require cross-functional collaboration.

• A Master's Degree is preferred.
