This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the national manufacturing channel strategy.
• Create new-logo, named-account, and partner-sourced sales pipeline.
• Lead high-level sales discussions and showcase KBKG’s specialty tax solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with associations, advisors, CPA firms, private equity groups, and other key influencers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and technical experts on campaigns, qualification, reporting, and sales enablement efforts.
• Represent KBKG at industry events and establish scalable channel processes and playbooks.
• Build KBKG’s national manufacturing sales channel to drive new business, strategic partnerships, and growth in named accounts.
• Utilize industry connections and cross-functional resources to create pipeline and implement a repeatable go-to-market strategy.
• Drive qualified meetings in manufacturing, opportunities, pipeline, closed revenue, strategic partner relationships, warm introductions, association relationships, named-account penetration, and market feedback.
• Current experience in the manufacturing industry with a well-established network of executives, advisors, associations, and influencers.
• Strong background in B2B business development and consultative selling involving executive buyers.
• Demonstrated success in building a qualified pipeline and developing partner, referral, or influencer relationships.
• Executive presence with the capability to communicate complex specialty tax value effectively.
• Proficient in building processes, managing accounts and CRM activities, and collaborating across functions in a dynamic market.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing-focused business development, consulting, advisory services, accounting, banking, insurance, site selection, economic development, ERP/software, industrial services, or professional services is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred.
• Experience in establishing a new market, vertical, channel, or partner-led sales approach is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 7 years of relevant B2B sales, business development, channel development, professional services sales, consultative selling, or manufacturing-focused commercial experience is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with manufacturing industry exposure or experience selling to manufacturing companies.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Variable sales incentive compensation linked to individual and channel performance.
• Commissions; OTE reaching approximately $250,000.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
