Director, Keynotes – Executive Presentations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, narrative development, and execution of executive keynotes, encompassing theme and story structure, scripts, slides, rehearsals, and delivery.

• Establish and manage the executive speaking program for customer conferences and flagship events.

• Design main-stage programming, which includes opening and closing keynotes, fireside chats, customer sessions, and panel discussions.

• Collaborate with Events, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to craft a cohesive event narrative.

• Mentor executives, customers, and partners to ensure impactful presentations.

• Assist with executive speaking engagements at industry conferences, analyst events, and media forums in partnership with External Communications.

• Develop content for leaders that conveys sharp messages and well-defined objectives.

• Create a consistent overarching narrative across Data Security, Agent Security, and Identity Security domains.

• Maintain a repository of core narratives, proof points, customer stories, and relevant data.

• Work alongside executives to cultivate authentic and unique perspectives that align with Cyera's mission.

• Offer direct and constructive feedback to executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in executive communications, keynote creation, speechwriting, product marketing, or corporate communications.

• Experience in B2B technology or enterprise security is advantageous.

• Proven track record in developing keynotes and executive narratives for significant platforms.

• Familiarity with flagship events such as Dreamforce, Team, RSA, or similar is a plus.

• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities.

• Experience in creating thought leadership programs that achieve substantial reach through speaking engagements, bylines, media placements, or social channels.

• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to structure talks, pace narratives, and design effective slides.

• Proficient in Keynote, Google Slides, or similar presentation tools.

• Experience coaching senior executives, including those at the C-suite level.

• Strong project management skills, capable of navigating multiple moving parts, tight deadlines, and high-profile moments.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for CISOs and board members.

• AI proficiency, including the application of AI tools in research, drafting, and production processes.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across marketing, product, sales, research, and executive teams.

• Willingness to travel for events approximately 20 to 30 percent of the time.
