This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Collaborate with the Neuromodulation President and Senior Leadership Team to establish a technology vision and direction that aligns with the enterprise IT roadmap.
• Lead and manage the design, development, operation, and support of technology capabilities that generate business value.
• Provide counsel to the CIO and business leadership on IT domains and capabilities that influence business decisions.
• Propel the prioritization of business-unit initiatives through strategic planning and governance processes.
• Supervise high-impact strategic programs and digital transformation initiatives.
• Keep abreast of technology market trends, innovations, and developments in enterprise IT leadership.
• Build and manage strategic vendor and partnership relationships.
• Oversee IT policies, procedures, methodologies, governance, performance frameworks, and metrics.
• Develop and manage an IT workforce strategy, encompassing sourcing, training, and staff development.
• Initiate continuous improvement programs for the IT organization.
• Promote collaboration and communication between IT and user/customer communities.
• Direct the preparation, review, and consolidation of IT business plans and budgets.
• Oversee technology risk evaluation and compliance management processes.
• Establish a vision for managing data as a business asset while maximizing value from data and analytics.
• Define technology frameworks that align with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
• Cultivate a data-driven culture, enhancing data competencies and literacy throughout the enterprise.
• Implement governance mechanisms for data and algorithms utilized in analytics and automated decision-making.
• Develop, manage, allocate, and govern the annual budget.
• Enhance data management and analytics architecture along with advanced insights capabilities.
• Oversee technology architecture, platforms, and future development roadmaps to address business needs.
• Foster and develop talent that aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and pillars.
• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience.
• Proven experience and success in senior leadership positions within technology management.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to engage with all members of the executive management team.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent work or education-related experience.
• Experience in successfully executing programs and forming partnerships that achieve objectives in a dynamic business environment.
• Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including SOX, HIPAA, FDA, and EMEA regulations.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like Azure, CRM technologies such as Salesforce, and ERP technologies like SAP is preferred.
• Current knowledge of methodologies and trends in business and IT.
• Willingness to travel domestically and globally 30–40% of the time.
• Ability to operate in a 24/7 environment across multiple time zones.
• Understanding of CRM, ERP, business intelligence, cloud computing, and related technologies.
• Strong business orientation with extensive experience in this or similar industries.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, written and verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer orientation and a solid understanding of partnership and alliance building.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent experience.
