This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop strategies for how Seeq engages with CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, data and AI leaders, digital transformation executives, and other technology decision-makers in industrial enterprises.
• Create Seeq’s annual and multi-year approach for reaching IT and enterprise technology buyers across key industries and segments.
• Generate insights regarding buyers, buying centers, architecture, risk, and business priorities.
• Transform customer insights, win/loss analyses, competitive intelligence, market research, and sales feedback into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Oversee the IT and enterprise viewpoint in offering strategies encompassing products, services, integrations, partners, and delivery capabilities.
• Develop value propositions, packaging, commercial strategies, pricing, ROI narratives, launch requirements, and enterprise adoption plans.
• Craft messaging tailored for IT and enterprise buyers, simplifying complex technical capabilities into executive narratives, solution briefs, sales initiatives, and field-ready materials.
• Lead collaborative efforts across Product, Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Services, Customer Success, Partners, and Operations.
• Translate strategy into go-to-market plans, campaigns, launches, executive programs, account-based strategies, sales initiatives, and partner activities.
• Advocate for IT and enterprise buyer priorities in planning, portfolio discussions, launch assessments, strategic account engagements, and executive leadership meetings.
• Cultivate relationships with technology stakeholders at customer sites, prospects, partners, and industry organizations.
• Establish measurement frameworks for executive engagement, pipeline influence, stage conversion, deal quality, adoption, expansion, and offer attachment.
• Formulate the business case, operating plan, capability roadmap, and source of truth for future investments and team development.
• As the capability matures, define team structure, recruit and nurture talent, manage operational rhythms and quality standards, and lead the function.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise go-to-market strategies, product marketing, commercial strategy, solution marketing, audience marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in setting long-term strategies (12 months or more) and translating them into quantifiable commercial results.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting strategies and messaging for CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, technology executives, or intricate buying committees.
• A successful history of converting buyer insights into positioning, messaging frameworks, offers, campaigns, sales initiatives, and field execution.
• Background in selling to or marketing for IT departments, preferably within manufacturing or another complex industrial sector.
• Relevant experience may encompass enterprise software, cloud, data, AI, analytics, enterprise applications, industrial technology, OT and IT ecosystems, or digital transformation.
• Experience in building or commercializing packaged solutions that integrate software, services, partnerships, or other components.
• Proven ability to influence product roadmaps, packaging, pricing, partner strategies, services design, or portfolio decisions using market evidence and customer insights.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Success, Partners, and Operations without relying on formal authority.
• Background in supporting enterprise sales cycles, strategic accounts, executive engagement, account-based strategies, or field enablement in a complex B2B environment.
• Experience in developing marketing, product, offer, commercial, or enterprise go-to-market strategies extending beyond messaging.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with technology leaders, operational executives, sales teams, product teams, and internal leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical and commercial concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
• Strategic judgment, strong prioritization skills, and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
• A collaborative leadership style that fosters alignment, clarity, accountability, and momentum across various functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness and capability to travel periodically for customer engagements, team events, industry gatherings, and company programs.
