This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee business development for designated specialty networks to enhance healthcare through diagnostic and therapeutic oncology solutions.
• Formulate a cohesive strategy and optimize resources to leverage market potential.
• Fortify existing strategic relationships while establishing new ones.
• Direct project management initiatives and coordinate Telix resources effectively.
• Create quarterly and annual sales operating plans aimed at surpassing corporate objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with key partners within assigned networks.
• Steer efforts and align resources to integrate solutions and maximize market opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business ventures.
• Unite cross-functional teams around shared goals for critical specialty-network partnerships.
• Design, implement, and lead comprehensive multi-year customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Ensure that financial metrics and performance surpass corporate targets.
• Acquire market insight regarding competitors, terminology, technology, trends, and challenges, and proactively instigate change.
• A Bachelor’s degree, with a master's degree or higher education preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of account management experience is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of contract development, negotiations, execution, and implementation is required.
• Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology is preferred.
• Familiarity with the US Specialty GPO, LUGPA, and vertically integrated networks is strongly preferred.
• Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proven leadership abilities with executive management experience.
• Experience in project management leadership.
• Expertise in contract development, negotiation, and implementation.
• Demonstrated capacity for developing and executing strategic plans from concept through to revenue generation.
• Experience in collaborating with third-party partnerships.
• Proficient in coordinating activities across various functional areas and companies.
