Director, Integrated Communication Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist in formulating strategies for intricate business transformation priorities within the Integrated Communication Services Center of Excellence.

• Offer strategic oversight for complex business cases, encompassing feasibility, opportunities, risks, and returns on investment.

• Lead the implementation of strategic and policy directives across designated initiatives.

• Promote process standardization, governance, and activities related to change adoption.

• Evaluate data, workflows, policies, procedures, staffing structures, and competencies to pinpoint gaps, root causes, dependencies, and areas for improvement.

• Gather and assess process data to propose business practices and procedures aimed at enhancing effectiveness, productivity, and cost efficiency.

• Identify inefficient, redundant, manual, or high-risk processes and suggest sustainable enhancements.

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts among stakeholders for knowledge transfer, training, and implementation.

• Create and uphold standard operating procedures, workflows, process maps, job aids, and RACI documentation.

• Facilitate consensus and ensure end-to-end integrity through process mapping, recommendations, and implementation.

• Collaborate on timely communications with stakeholders and contribute to presentations at the executive level.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the health care or insurance industry leading large-scale initiatives is required.

• Prosci Change Management certification is preferred.

• CBPP-Certified Business Process Professional designation is preferred.

• Experience in operations is preferred.

• CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI is preferred.
