
Director, Individualized Therapy Operations β US Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
β’ Act as the US commercial leader for the complete operational ecosystem of Intismeran.
β’ Develop, integrate, and enhance capabilities, processes, and stakeholder interactions that facilitate the treatment journey from order to administration.
β’ Define and steer the operational strategy and governance to ensure launch readiness, effective commercial execution, future growth, and scalability.
β’ Manage operational workflows, digital orchestration, sample and tissue operations, logistics coordination, customer support, and integration of the treatment journey.
β’ Drive cross-functional alignment among internal teams, alliance partners, sequencing providers, distributors, and treatment locations.
β’ Provide strategic oversight for the Treatment Site Operations Coordinator function.
β’ Establish and monitor KPIs, service-level objectives, dashboards, demand and capacity planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
β’ Lead operational governance and control tower initiatives, addressing barriers, exceptions, and capacity limitations.
β’ Develop future capabilities, analytics, orchestration technologies, process innovations, and operational readiness.
β’ Head the Individualized Therapy Operations organization, which includes treatment journey strategy, centralized coordination, manufacturing demand planning, partner management, and operational excellence.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS).
β’ At least 8 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or similar fields, including leadership roles in complex therapy operations or operational strategy.
β’ Proven success in designing and managing intricate operating models that coordinate various internal functions and external partners.
β’ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, market access, IT, and external partner organizations.
β’ Experience in building and scaling operational capabilities, governance frameworks, operating procedures, customer support models, orchestration platforms, analytics, and performance management systems.
β’ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
β’ Experience in setting and managing KPIs, dashboards, capacity planning processes, and operational performance metrics.
β’ Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
β’ Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
β’ Preferred: MBA or equivalent.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting the commercialization of complex therapies, including cell therapy, gene therapy, radioligand therapy, or other highly coordinated treatment models.
β’ Preferred experience with treatment journey orchestration platforms, case management systems, workflow technologies, operational control towers, or customer support ecosystems.
β’ Preferred experience in manufacturing demand planning, integrated business planning, supply chain operations, or capacity management.
β’ Residency in the US or Puerto Rico is required.
β’ Required skills include commercial operations management, cross-functional project management, data analysis, market access, oncology, oncology marketing, operating models, operational architecture, operations management, executive presence, and healthcare personnel marketing.
