
Director, HR Technology β Digital AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
β’ Act as a leader for the HR Technology Center of Excellence (COE)
β’ Collaborate with senior executives to establish strategy, address complex enterprise challenges, and spearhead innovation in Workday, payroll systems, analytics, and emerging AI technologies
β’ Provide guidance to senior HR and enterprise leaders on HR Operations, HRIS strategy, risk management, controls, and long-term capability development roadmaps
β’ Represent the HR Operations and HR technology viewpoints in critical discussions affecting multiple functions and regions
β’ Establish principles and governance frameworks for global HR data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence
β’ Take ownership of resolving enterprise-impacting issues across Workday, payroll, and downstream systems
β’ Propel operating models and system enhancements utilizing Workday, analytics, Agentic AI, and new HR technologies
β’ Leverage data, insights, and trends to pinpoint root causes and identify areas for improvement
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to test, implement, and scale capabilities on a global scale
β’ Design and maintain HR operations through established standards, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
β’ Set quality metrics, service benchmarks, scalable processes, and ensure audit readiness
β’ Influence leaders and teams across various regions to adopt consistent working methods
β’ A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
β’ A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll, IT, or related enterprise environments
β’ At least 5 years of experience in people leadership, ideally managing teams in a matrixed and global setting
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally
β’ Proven track record in leading enterprise technology operations strategy, governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives
β’ Demonstrated success in driving technology-enabled change within complex, global organizations
β’ Experience in a global environment with the ability to support stakeholders across various regions and time zones, including North America, Europe, and Asia
β’ Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders in HR, IT, Finance, and business functions to influence strategy and achieve organizational results
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Pilot is a plus
β’ Must not require Entegris immigration sponsorship now or in the future
