This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a sales team operating across multiple markets.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, pipeline assessments, sales gatherings, and field observations.
• Set expectations for activities, establish pipeline standards, maintain reporting discipline, and ensure follow-up consistency.
• Enhance CRM utilization, accuracy of forecasts, tracking of conversions, and accountability in sales.
• Recruit, evaluate, interview, and onboard additional sales representatives.
• Create onboarding processes, ramp-up plans, training resources, scripts, scorecards, and success plans for the first 90 days.
• Personally manage and secure larger commercial, regional, and national accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with property managers, facility managers, commercial real estate groups, insurance experts, brokers, carrier contacts, and referral partners.
• Direct strategies for agents, brokers, and residential referral channels across various markets.
• Monitor conversion rates from referrals to jobs, average job values, account engagement, and channel performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure that marketing initiatives align with sales priorities.
• Oversee sales reporting, pipeline transparency, forecast precision, and performance updates for ownership.
• Develop sales playbooks, facilitate best-practice sharing across markets, and conduct win/loss analyses.
• Travel frequently within designated markets.
• Over 7 years of sales experience.
• More than 3 years of experience in sales management or leadership roles.
• Background in restoration, construction, insurance services, property services, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and expand a sales team.
• Experience managing both residential and commercial sales channels.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage and pipeline management.
• Proven track record in managing activity metrics, conversion rates, sales forecasts, and accountability for performance.
• Capability to work across multiple markets and lead remote or distributed sales teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned markets.
• Excellent communication skills with sales representatives, ownership, customers, referral partners, and executive leaders.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in sales leadership within the restoration industry.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in franchises, multi-location, or multi-market service businesses.
• Preferred but not mandatory: connections with property managers, insurance professionals, brokers, carrier contacts, or key commercial decision-makers.
• Preferred but not mandatory: familiarity with water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, reconstruction, or large-loss restoration.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience with integrating acquired teams or entering new markets.
• Preferred but not mandatory: IICRC certifications or training specific to restoration.
