This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the acquisition funnel from lead generation to successful closure.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks related to lead quality, routing, and representative productivity.
• Collaborate with GTM-focused Analysts to ensure clear visibility into funnel performance.
• Define and oversee the operational rhythm for forecasting and pipeline reviews.
• Manage the performance and ongoing development of the GTM technology stack.
• Continuously assess and redesign GTM processes, workflows, and transitions.
• Encourage the adoption of GTM processes and operational standards across various teams.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team within Operations & Systems.
• Collaborate with leadership from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for alignment.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related discipline.
• Comfortable operating in both marketing and sales operations simultaneously.
• Proven success in owning and enhancing GTM funnel performance.
• Strong grasp of SaaS revenue models, pipeline dynamics, and SMB go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in leading and developing cross-functional operations and analytics teams.
• Demonstrated ability to convert data and insights into actionable business decisions.
• Experience in creating prioritization frameworks and managing competing initiatives.
• Strong technical proficiency with GTM systems, including Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
