This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct DataSpring's growth marketing initiatives by aligning company goals with segment-specific strategies and quantifiable business results.
• Establish priorities, operational frameworks, annual planning contributions, budget proposals, performance standards, and team accountability across payer and provider markets.
• Oversee the provider segment strategy, targeting provider buyers, clinicians, and profile manager audiences.
• Manage the execution of growth marketing across both payer and provider segments.
• Foster demand generation, pipeline contributions, customer growth, event success, marketing ROI, and ongoing program enhancement.
• Create annual growth marketing plans, campaign strategies, event approaches, budget recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the transition from a product-centric model to a segment-focused model.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations & Analytics, and Product Management.
• Directly supervise, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary growth marketing team.
• Manage provider campaign design, content direction, event strategy, and the provider marketing budget.
• Establish governance and strategy for events across payer and provider segments.
• Define and oversee KPIs such as awareness, engagement, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contributions, ROI, event success, conversion rates, and customer growth.
• Create dashboards, attribution models, and reporting systems in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
• Enhance audience strategies, campaign designs, channel mixes, content performance, event investments, and budget distributions.
• Represent growth marketing and the provider segment during conference and industry event planning.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, segment marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing and leading comprehensive growth marketing strategies.
• Background in spearheading cross-functional marketing initiatives encompassing campaign strategy, content, events, digital marketing, performance marketing, ABM, and customer marketing.
• Experience in managing and nurturing high-performing marketing teams.
• Proven track record in setting marketing goals, KPIs, budgets, measurement frameworks, and operational processes.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with executive leadership, sales, product marketing, account management, and other key stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot, DemandBase, and MS Office/PowerPoint.
• Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, demand-generation tools, performance marketing, reporting, and optimization.
• Experience with account-based marketing and strategic account planning.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in end-to-end conversion metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in budget and ROI management.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
• Capability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, payer, provider, or regulated industry marketing.
• A Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
