Director, Global Security Technology

📋 Description

• Direct the strategy, architecture, and operational framework for a worldwide portfolio of enterprise physical security technology platforms.

• Ensure the capabilities are scalable, resilient, and integrated, supporting business operations, risk management, and digital transformation.

• Provide strategic direction for the Technology Security Center of Excellence (TSCoE).

• Oversee architecture, governance, lifecycle management, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise security technology solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from enterprise technology, real estate and facilities, procurement, HR, legal, privacy, and regional security.

• Integrate physical security technologies into site design and business operations.

• Utilize emerging technologies, automation, and analytics to enhance decision-making, operational consistency, and global business resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated strategic leadership in global physical security technology.

• Proficiency in enterprise physical security technology platforms, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, visitor management, alarm systems, data, and analytics.

• Experience in platform strategy, systems integration, data architecture, and automation.

• Capability to align physical security technologies with enterprise architecture, site design, and business processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders in Enterprise Digital & Technology, Global Real Estate & Facilities, Procurement, HR, Legal, Privacy, and Regional Security.

• Competence in leveraging emerging technologies, automation, and analytics.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
