This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Saviynt's global partner marketing strategy and yearly marketing plan.
• Collaborate with regional Marketing, Sales, and Partner leaders to pinpoint market-specific opportunities and implement programs targeting named accounts and pipeline gaps.
• Develop a global operating model that balances centralized strategy, standards, and investment governance with regional ownership and relevance.
• Establish engagement models, planning rhythms, decision-making rights, and service levels among global and regional stakeholders.
• Manage the marketing elements of joint business plans, including target audiences, activation strategies, mutual marketing commitments, pipeline objectives, and success metrics.
• Create compelling joint narratives and enhance market visibility through customer testimonials, executive engagement, thought leadership, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Design repeatable, multi-region go-to-market strategies that integrate campaigns, account-based marketing, events, content, digital activation, enablement, and collaborative selling.
• Adapt global campaign and product priorities into partner-ready programs suitable for AMS, EMEA, and APJ regions.
• Produce scalable playbooks, toolkits, templates, and content for partners.
• Develop joint partner initiatives that advance Saviynt's AI and identity security objectives.
• Establish a global framework for measuring partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines, opportunity progression, revenue contributions, engagement, and program efficiency.
• Utilize reporting to identify programs that drive pipeline and ROI, and provide performance insights and investment recommendations.
• Oversee global partner marketing budget planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct performance reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), recommending investments for scaling, optimizing, pausing, or redirecting efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global partner marketing team.
• Provide guidance to global and regional Partner and Alliances leadership.
• Create intake, planning, and prioritization processes for Partner teams.
• Foster alignment across Field Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Communications, Customer Marketing, and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams.
• Represent partner marketing in planning, campaign, pipeline, and budget discussions, communicating priorities, results, risks, and opportunities to executives.
• Identify ecosystem opportunities, develop co-investment models, and adapt partner marketing strategies as identity security, cloud, and AI ecosystems evolve.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Extensive B2B marketing experience, including leadership roles in partner, alliance, channel, ecosystem, or integrated go-to-market initiatives within enterprise technology.
• Proven ability to construct global strategies and operate across various regions, cultures, time zones, and matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Global System Integrators (GSIs), hyperscalers, resellers, channel partners, and technology alliances.
• Demonstrated capacity to link strategy and execution to partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue results.
• Experience in budget management and investment decision-making based on performance metrics, business priorities, and partner commitments.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication, planning, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills at the executive level.
• Ability to navigate between long-term strategy and hands-on problem-solving in a rapidly growing environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs arise.
• Preferred: Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, cloud computing, enterprise SaaS, or another complex technology sector.
• Preferred: Background in developing joint initiatives with major cloud providers, global consulting firms, regional channel partners, and technology ecosystem partners.
• Preferred: Familiarity with account-based marketing, partner relationship management, Salesforce, marketing automation, and attribution and analytics platforms.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting global product launches, executive programs, partner events, and multi-region campaigns.
