📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global partner enablement strategy that aligns with Sophos’ go-to-market model, partner program tiers, and regional growth objectives.

• Provide support for MSP/MSSP managed security services, solution sales, renewals, and expansion efforts.

• Lead initiatives for change management related to new GTM motions, platform adoption, and services-driven selling.

• Create and scale role-specific learning journeys for partners across sales, technical pre-sales, implementation, managed services, customer success, and renewals.

• Assist partners throughout the onboarding process and guide them to achieve advanced competencies and specialization.

• Implement adult learning principles, instructional design, and skills-based frameworks.

• Manage content lifecycles to ensure enablement materials remain up-to-date with product releases and changes in the threat landscape.

• Establish global standards, frameworks, and governance for enablement while allowing for regional adaptability.

• Collaborate with Regional Enablement and Field teams on GTM launches, sales strategies, campaigns, and priority partner initiatives.

• Organize workshops, simulations, solution playbooks, and technical labs.

• Serve as the executive point of escalation for strategic partner enablement requirements.

• Monitor partner ramp-up time, certification achievements, pipeline contributions, deal velocity, adoption rates, renewal rates, and expansion efforts.

• Analyze CRM data, partner performance metrics, and field insights to enhance enablement investments.

• Deliver executive-level reports on the impact of enablement and revenue growth.

• Oversee the global strategy for partner enablement content.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Partner Programs, Sales, and Channel teams.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global partner enablement team.

• Leverage generative AI and prompt-driven workflows to expand curriculum, technical content, playbooks, labs, and self-service resources.

• Establish processes for sourcing, reviewing, governing, and publishing precise technical content.

• Utilize platform data and partner feedback to enhance content quality, production speed, adoption rates, and readiness.

• Achieve objectives related to AI as defined by OKRs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in partner enablement, channel sales, customer success enablement, or learning and development within the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS sectors.

• Extensive hands-on experience in enabling global channel partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions.

• Strong knowledge of MSP, MSSP, VAR, and distributor models.

• Demonstrated success in designing and executing role-based, GTM-aligned learning programs.

• Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success leaders.

• Capability to define KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and showcase enablement ROI.

• Outstanding executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence abilities.

• Practical proficiency in AI, including generative AI, prompt design, content transformation, and quality-review workflows.

• Experience in creating AI-assisted enablement and technical content processes.

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting or scaling MSP/MSSP-centric GTM motions.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Sophos-style partner programs, certifications, and security solutions.

• Preferred: Experience with enablement platforms, LMS/LXP systems, partner portals, CRM platforms like Salesforce, and content authoring tools.

• Preferred: Experience with AI-driven learning and enablement tools.

• Preferred: Foundational understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, and skills-based enablement frameworks.

• Preferred: Advanced degree in business, learning, or a related discipline.
