This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Formulate and implement global field marketing strategies that are in line with corporate growth objectives, pipeline targets, and revenue goals.
• Assist channel priorities and partner engagement in collaboration with the Director of Channel Marketing.
• Manage field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline contributions across targeted segments and regions.
• Facilitate partner-sourced pipeline through coordinated channel programs.
• Create account-based marketing programs, territory plans, whitespace strategies, and initiatives for regional growth.
• Establish scalable planning frameworks, playbooks, campaign models, reporting standards, and global best practices.
• Leverage customer, competitive, and market insights to inform regional strategies, program designs, and investment choices.
• Direct integrated regional programs encompassing events, digital initiatives, content, partnerships, and outbound channels.
• Define strategies for conferences, regional events, roadshows, webinars, and customer engagement experiences.
• Design executive engagement programs, including advisory boards, executive roundtables, customer councils, leadership dinners, and strategic experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of field and channel marketing professionals.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders on planning, forecasting, and performance evaluations.
• Work in partnership with Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Channel, and Sales leadership to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Team up with the Director of Channel Marketing on regional co-marketing initiatives and partner ecosystem expansion.
• Oversee and forecast global field marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation.
• Monitor pipeline contributions, opportunity progression, deal acceleration, attribution, and ROI in conjunction with RevOps.
• Convert performance insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Advocate for AI-powered marketing, intent data, predictive analytics, and contemporary MarTech solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, particularly in global or multi-region field marketing leadership within enterprise SaaS; cybersecurity experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of owning or significantly influencing pipeline and revenue targets, including outcomes from field-sourced and field-influenced efforts as well as partner-sourced results.
• Experience in developing account-based marketing programs and territory strategies for enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Direct experience in leading and developing field marketing managers, including team structure, setting priorities, performance management, and professional growth.
• Practical experience in building and executing field strategies across various regions and countries.
• History of collaboration with Sales leadership, RevOps, Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, and Channel teams.
• Expertise in creating executive engagement programs and managing significant conferences, regional events, partner activations, and customer experiences.
• Ability to manage substantial budgets, forecast investments, evaluate ROI, and present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, intent and predictive data platforms, event technology, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
• Strong strategic, operational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to lead through influence in a dynamic global environment.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
