This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the Global Account Management team.
• Drive performance enhancement, capability development, and career advancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the VP, Enterprise & Key Accounts to formulate and implement strategies for revenue growth, program optimization, and client satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with clients.
• Act as the escalation point for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure structured engagement with clients through regular reviews, check-ins, and growth planning.
• Guarantee that KAMs/EADs implement organized account plans prioritizing revenue growth, retention, and program optimization.
• Promote the consistent application of account management frameworks, tools, and performance metrics.
• Work in collaboration with Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Marketing, and Commercial Operations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in proposals, cross-selling, and negotiations of client agreements.
• Monitor and report on team and client performance through scorecards, SLAs, and business reviews.
• Raise risks and initiate improvement plans.
• Utilize technology, data, and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate travel, account management, or B2B client leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
• Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing high-performing account management teams.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, with experience in influencing senior stakeholders and fostering growth within complex accounts.
• Ability to convert vision into actionable strategies and measurable results.
• Extensive knowledge of the travel industry, market trends, and client requirements across Enterprise and Key account segments.
• Proficient in using account management tools, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.
• Capable of analyzing data to inform team decisions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
