This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy for allocating deals in multi-investor funds, collaborating with Investor Relations and Acquisitions teams.
• Deliver high-level scenario analyses concerning revenue, timing, risks, investor compositions, deal sequencing, and structuring options.
• Incorporate strategic insights into decisions regarding fund assembly.
• Manage the multi-investor fund model through all phases: offering, closing, post-closing, and pre-stabilization.
• Maintain model consistency, accuracy, and usefulness for decision-making as assumptions change and deals advance.
• Supervise federal and state credit delivery, highlighting any timing or volume discrepancies.
• Monitor net and gross equity surpluses and deficits across all multi-investor funds.
• Develop and oversee fund-level bridging strategies, including the establishment of bridge usage, cost, and risk policies in conjunction with Treasury.
• Create tools to monitor bridge loan interest expenses, ensuring precise accounting and attribution.
• Generate reports that differentiate intentional, revenue-generating bridging from unanticipated or execution-driven bridging.
• Promote ongoing enhancements to the fund model, focusing on business intelligence, usability, and analytical adaptability.
• Create a structure around Equity Advance Notes, detailing revenue attribution between HCI and ECP.
• Foster innovation in multi-investor fund strategies during pre-closing and pre-stabilization phases.
• Impact cross-functional decision-making processes without having direct authority.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on fund economics, capital efficiency, and multi-investor fund strategies throughout HCI.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in LIHTC fund modeling, multi-investor fund structures, or similarly intricate investment vehicles.
• Profound understanding of investor dynamics, credit delivery processes, and revenue drivers at the fund level.
• Strong systems thinker with proven success in process enhancement and innovation.
• Highly service-oriented, self-driven, capable of working independently as well as part of a team, and proficient in problem-solving.
• Advanced skills in Excel modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
