Director, FSP 360

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop a strategy to assist customers during model evolution.

• Assist in writing and supporting proposals.

• Formulate recommendations for operational strategies.

• Identify customer needs and explore potential value beyond initial requests.

• Evaluate constraints and obstacles to provide actionable recommendations.

• Navigate through transitions effectively.

• Create strategic value propositions.

• Establish new partnership models.

• Communicate Delivery successes to customers.

• Design commercial offerings and establish rates.

• Collaborate within FSP and FSO environments.

• Gain insights into the broader pharma/biotech landscape and customer inquiries.

• Proven experience in developing strategies that support customers through model evolution.

• Experience in writing and supporting proposals.

• In-depth knowledge of operations and operational strategy.

• Capability to enhance a customer request beyond its original scope.

• Strong questioning skills to uncover potential value.

• Ability to recognize constraints and roadblocks to formulate recommendations.

• Experience in managing transitions.

• Proven track record in creating strategic value propositions.

• Experience in developing new partnership models.

• Familiarity with both FSP and FSO environments.

• Understanding of the broader pharma/biotech landscape and the relevant questions to ask.

• Ability to communicate Delivery successes effectively to customers.

• Experience with commercial offerings and rate development.

• A background in Project Management would be advantageous.

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be taken into account.
