Director, Franchise Operations – South

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact and 'face of KO' to the bottler head in the designated region.

• Create and execute strategic plans that align with corporate objectives to achieve the annual business goals.

• Drive and assist bottler strategies for top-line growth, market share, volume, and other essential targets.

• Establish and forecast performance metrics, making adjustments to plans as required.

• Assess market trends, consumer insights, and competitor actions.

• Ensure that execution controllables are established and implement corrective measures when necessary.

• Lead and expedite critical support functions through collaboration across different departments.

• Cultivate relationships with bottlers, stakeholders, and partners.

• Embody Coca-Cola values through transparent and ethical leadership.

• Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the territory.

• Oversee complex system initiatives and transformation projects across bottling partners.

• Undertake additional strategic-priority projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in franchise operations or a comparable leadership position within the CPG sector.

• Demonstrated success in achieving strategic goals related to top-line growth, market share, and volume.

• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving situations.

• Ability to verify identity and work eligibility in the United States.

• Completion of the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
