Director Finance – Personal Care Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Direct the finance team by implementing effective financial management strategies.

• Perform focused reporting and system assessments to foresee challenges and facilitate company expansion.

• Oversee financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement analysis, and performance evaluation.

• Mentor and cultivate finance professionals.

• Ensure healthcare professionals operate efficiently through proficient financial management.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required; a combination of 10 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership capacity or a comparable field.

• Practical experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement analysis, and performance management.

• Previous experience in Personal Care Services (PCS) is mandatory.

• Proven ability to lead and nurture finance professionals.

• Strong presentation, analytical, and communication abilities.
