This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +5 more states.
• Direct the Respiratory Field Reimbursement organization via Senior Managers responsible for Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Establish the vision, operating model, priorities, and performance expectations for the capability.
• Cultivate strong leaders and translate enterprise access strategies into uniform field execution.
• Utilize market intelligence and performance metrics to enhance patient access and customer experience.
• Lead, mentor, and ensure accountability among Senior Managers.
• Develop FRM teams through goal-setting, feedback, talent planning, and performance standards.
• Integrate field activities, customer insights, access trends, capacity, and business outcomes through performance frameworks.
• Employ analytics, reporting, CRM, and data-quality insights to pinpoint gaps and direct actions.
• Maintain expertise in Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement.
• Track trends in payers, channels, competition, and stakeholders; identify access obstacles and propose solutions.
• Provide compliant access experiences through reimbursement expertise, customer interaction, issue resolution, coordination, and oversight.
• Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Management, Market Access, Medical, Patient Services/HUB, Operations, Training, Legal, and Compliance.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business reviews.
• Drive readiness for new indications, launches, geographic expansion, and evolving access models.
• Promote operational excellence through resource allocation, capacity and business planning, escalation management, technology adoption, and follow-through.
• Spend time in the field coaching leaders, evaluating execution, enhancing capabilities, and reinforcing priorities.
• Doctorate degree; OR Master’s degree with 5 years of customer service and/or leadership experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of customer service and/or leadership experience; OR Associate’s degree with 12 years of customer service and/or leadership experience; OR High school diploma/GED with 14 years of customer service and/or leadership experience.
• At least eight years of progressive experience in field leadership, market access, reimbursement, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading field-based teams and developing leaders, including direct management of people leaders or managers.
• Proficiency in both Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement, including dual-benefit product models.
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning, analytical reasoning, and business acumen.
• Knowledge of reimbursement, payer policies, coverage, coding, payment, distribution, and affordability across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid environments.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, talent development, and accountability.
• Ability to set priorities, convert strategy into execution, and manage complex priorities within a matrixed organization.
• Outstanding executive communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to lead through influence and establish trusted cross-functional relationships.
• Dedication to ethical, legal, and compliance standards.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% by automobile or plane.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
