Director, Field Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the activities of the Field team

• Lead the overall execution effectiveness, which includes Driving Sell Out, ensuring visit compliance, training adherence, cost management, and reporting metrics

• Mentor, guide, and recruit a remote team of Regional Managers

• Act as the primary authority on team members' performance in client service and service order execution

• Establish and nurture long-term trusting relationships with remote representatives as well as management and corporate support teams

• Serve as the intermediary among Regional Managers, representatives, corporate/client teams, clients, and retailers

• Supervise daily activities, deliverables, promotions, processes, and assignments

• Assess, recommend, tailor, and implement operational best practices

• Hold regular meetings with Client Services and management to guarantee outstanding customer service and adherence to client/contract expectations

• Work collaboratively with management and corporate partners to ensure the success of representative and client programs

• Foster a culture of performance excellence that attracts and retains top talent

• Meet or surpass target completion goals while minimizing service-order rescheduling

• Align resources effectively to achieve objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a business-related field

• At least two years of management experience in retail, retail operations, merchandising, sales, marketing, and service organizations is required

• A minimum of three years in retail, merchandising, and/or consumer packaged goods is required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills

• Capable of managing multiple priorities, adapting well to change, maintaining strict confidentiality, and being detail-oriented

• Self-motivated with effective time management skills
