This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive resource optimization strategy and playbook on a company-wide scale, concentrating on labor efficiency, enhancement of productivity, and optimization of global delivery.
• Create scalable methodologies, frameworks, and best practices aimed at boosting workforce effectiveness and operational performance.
• Recognize, assess, and prioritize opportunities to optimize capacity, improve resource alignment, and enhance delivery results.
• Utilize data, automation, technology, and AI-driven solutions to propel resource optimization initiatives and generate business value.
• Construct and oversee financial models that quantify opportunities, set targets, and evaluate productivity improvements, cost avoidance, and realized value.
• Collaborate with Finance and Human Resources to confirm assumptions, monitor benefits realization, and assess business impact.
• Spearhead the creation of dashboards and reporting tools that offer insights into initiative progress, key metrics, and outcomes.
• Direct cross-functional execution by aligning stakeholders, eliminating obstacles, expediting implementation, and ensuring accountability for results.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across the enterprise to guarantee the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in resource optimization, business transformation, management consulting, or a similar area.
• At least 5 years of experience advising large, complex organizations on workforce strategy or organizational transformation.
• Proven track record in designing and leading structured labor optimization programs that yield measurable business results.
• Extensive expertise in financial modeling concerning labor efficiency, productivity enhancement, cost savings, cost avoidance, and value realization.
• Strong understanding of workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and global delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across Operations, Human Resources, Finance, IT, and other business functions.
• Experience in applying change management principles within intricate organizations and achieving alignment from frontline teams to executive leadership.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies and their use in workforce optimization is highly advantageous.
• A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
