This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Create and execute a comprehensive resource optimization strategy and playbook focused on enhancing labor efficiency, improving productivity, and optimizing global delivery.
• Develop scalable methodologies, frameworks, and best practices aimed at enhancing workforce effectiveness and operational performance.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to optimize capacity, align resources, and improve delivery results.
• Utilize data, automation, technology, and AI-driven solutions to propel resource optimization initiatives and generate business value.
• Construct and manage financial models that quantify opportunities, set targets, and assess productivity improvements, cost savings, and realized value.
• Collaborate with Finance and Human Resources to validate assumptions, monitor benefits realization, and quantify business impact.
• Spearhead the development of dashboards and reporting tools to provide insights into initiative progress, key metrics, and outcomes.
• Direct cross-functional efforts by aligning stakeholders, eliminating obstacles, expediting implementation, and ensuring accountability.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across the enterprise for strategic transformation initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with global teams across different time zones.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in resource optimization, business transformation, management consulting, or a related area.
• At least 5 years of experience advising large, complex organizations on workforce strategy or organizational transformation.
• Proven track record in designing and leading structured labor optimization programs with demonstrable business outcomes.
• Extensive expertise in financial modeling related to labor efficiency, productivity enhancement, cost savings, cost avoidance, and value realization.
• Strong understanding of workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and global delivery models.
• Established ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across Operations, Human Resources, Finance, IT, and other business functions.
• Experience in applying change management principles in complex organizations and fostering alignment from frontline teams to executive leadership.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies and their application in workforce optimization is highly desirable.
