This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Enhance and manage the enterprise maturity roadmap across all functional domains.
• Create program governance structures, executive steering committees, and operational rhythms.
• Outline workstreams, milestones, responsible parties, dependencies, and success indicators.
• Keep the integrated master plan and critical path up to date.
• Recognize program risks and appropriately escalate issues.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and leaders across all departments.
• Ensure alignment and accountability for deliverables within initiatives.
• Produce executive-level dashboards, critical path milestone reports, risk and mitigation strategies, budget tracking, decision logs, steering committee materials, and updates for the board.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership.
• Assist in enhancing internal controls, financial reporting processes, and corporate compliance frameworks.
• Identify execution gaps and resource limitations, implementing collaborative solutions.
• Facilitate executive decision-making, coordinate communications, support organizational change, and ensure alignment among leadership.
• Manage strategic partner relationships and integrate external efforts seamlessly.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or relevant Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise PMO or transformation.
• Demonstrated success in driving complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in high-growth settings.
• A minimum of 3 years in management consulting, risk advisory, or business transformation at a Big Four or top-tier strategy firm is preferred.
• Strong experience operating within or establishing operational frameworks for private equity-backed or publicly traded companies.
• Direct experience in preparing a high-growth organization for significant corporate milestones, operational audits, or the rigor of public market operations.
• Strong financial and operational insight.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and Legal to enhance governance, reporting, controls, risk management, and enterprise operating processes.
• Experience in establishing scalable governance, executive operational rhythms, cross-functional controls, and enterprise reporting.
• Outstanding executive communication abilities.
• Capable of leading executive steering committees, presenting board-level updates, and driving alignment at the C-suite level without direct authority.
• Proficient in converting enterprise strategic roadmaps into integrated master plans, managing dependencies, critical paths, budget tracking, and decision logs.
• Candidates working remotely must be willing to travel 25% of the time.
• Hybrid work within or a willingness to relocate to the Boca Raton, Florida headquarters is preferred.
