Director, Enterprise Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee a centralized enterprise-wide EPMO

• Create PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks

• Manage the enterprise project and program portfolio

• Provide insights into status, dependencies, risks, and financial implications

• Support initiatives for private equity value creation, add-on integrations, and transformation programs

• Implement Lean and process improvement principles to enhance delivery efficiency and minimize execution friction

• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing EPMO team, including senior project managers, project managers, and project coordinators

• Own the PMO tools, dashboards, and reporting standards

• Ensure that strategic initiatives, operational programs, and technology investments are delivered punctually, within scope, and aligned with value-creation goals

• Deliver enterprise outcomes, enhance portfolio transparency, and support executive decision-making

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Health Administration, or a related field

• MBA or Master's degree preferred

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise change or transformation initiatives

• Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm OR proven leadership in enterprise PMO at a comparable operating company

• Proficiency with Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner/Project, Power BI, and SharePoint

• Consulting-trained mindset or prior experience leading an enterprise PMO

• Capability to influence executives and implement structure across complex, cross-functional initiatives
