Director, Enterprise Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish, lead, and manage a centralized enterprise-wide PMO framework.

• Foster execution discipline, prioritization, and value realization throughout the organization.

• Ensure that strategic initiatives, operational programs, and technology investments are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with private equity value-creation objectives.

• Oversee the enterprise project and program portfolio, monitoring status, dependencies, risks, and financial implications.

• Support private equity value-creation initiatives, add-on integrations, and transformation programs.

• Implement Lean and process improvement principles to enhance delivery efficiency and minimize execution friction.

• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing EPMO team.

• Manage PMO tools, dashboards, and reporting standards.

• Ensure portfolio transparency and provide executive decision support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Health Administration, or a related field.

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management.

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise change or transformation initiatives.

• Previous experience at a top-tier management consulting firm OR demonstrated enterprise PMO leadership at a comparable operating company.

• MBA or Master's degree preferred.

• Familiarity with Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner/Project, Power BI, and SharePoint.
