This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
β’ Lead the EMEA strategy encompassing segmentation, coverage tiers, target workloads, executive sponsors, and partner pathways.
β’ Foster senior-level relationships with key enterprise ISVs, cloud service providers, GSIs, OEMs, and marketplace teams.
β’ Align partners with executives and develop commercial strategies that transform integrations into pipelines, customer successes, consumption, and software revenue.
β’ Establish a consistent cadence around co-selling, marketplace listings, proofs of value, field enablement, and partner engagement.
β’ Provide leadership with reports on coverage, pipeline status, obstacles, forecasts, priority workloads, and product insights.
β’ Collaborate with NVIDIA libraries and frameworks, including CUDA-X, NIM, NeMo, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, and GPU-accelerated data and inference pipelines.
β’ Partner with developer relations, AI-centric teams, solution architects, product management, marketing, field sales, legal, finance, and partner teams to turn integrations into repeatable processes.
β’ Offer guidance and leadership across enterprise ISV, cloud, and global ISV promote-and-scale initiatives, focusing on EMEA ISVs and global ISVs with a European footprint.
β’ BS/MS or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area.
β’ Over 15 years in enterprise software sales, alliances, technical business development, ISV partnerships, cloud go-to-market strategies, or platform ecosystem leadership, including at least 8 years in leadership roles.
β’ Demonstrated success in scaling partner-driven revenue initiatives with ISVs, cloud providers, GSIs, OEMs, marketplaces, or enterprise software platforms.
β’ Strong comprehension of AI software, cloud technologies, SaaS, enterprise applications, AI Factory infrastructure, and partner commercialization frameworks.
β’ Capability to engage C-level executives from partner organizations while comprehending technical integrations, developer adoption, and product roadmap dependencies.
β’ Sound commercial judgement regarding pipeline management, partner business plans, forecast accuracy, investment validation, and proof-of-value governance.
β’ Experience leading cross-functional teams without solely depending on direct authority.
β’ An established network among EMEA enterprise ISVs, cloud marketplaces, global software alliances, or senior enterprise software partner teams.
β’ Proficiency in scaling AI, data, cloud, or developer platform ecosystems through marketplace and co-sell strategies, including promote-and-scale programs for global enterprise software platforms.
β’ Knowledge of NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Run:ai, Mission Control, or Omniverse, in addition to GPU-accelerated software stacks.
β’ Enthusiasm for mentoring partner-facing teams and sharing insights gained throughout the journey.
